Presented by Stephen Booth and Anna Ford from Coleman & Greig
Our 3rd Employment Law workshop on Award Modernisation is booked out. We are now offering a 4th workshop on Tuesday 30 March, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Parramatta, however again places will be limited - so book early to avoid disappointment.
This highly interactive session will provide an insight into how modern awards work and the adjustments employers need to make - particularly in payroll systems and employment contracts - and how the transitional arrangements for pay-related award terms work.
Participants will be given the opportunity to ask questions and discuss specific issues relevant to their business, in a confidential environment.
Workshop Content
Our highly experienced presenters will cover:
- Which modern awards apply and how do they interact?
- Which employees are award free and what are the implications of that status?
- Relating the modern awards to your workplace and reviewing changed content
- What changes are necessary to payroll and other practices in your workplace?
- How do the transitional arrangements for pay rates, casual loadings and other penalties and allowances work?
