Biography
Sandra was admitted as a solicitor in 2003, after completing her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Technology Sydney (First Class Honours).
She recently joined Coleman & Greig in the Property Law and Estate Planning team. Prior to joining the firm, Sandra practiced primarily in the area of property law with two leading Sydney law firms and has gained a wide experience in all areas of property law.
Some of the property transactions Sandra has worked on include: acquisition and sales of large commercial and industrial sites and shopping centres; commercial, industrial and retail leasing; and providing property law advice with respect to various developments, easements, strata title and subdivisions.
Sandra has acted for:
- A number of property development companies in the acquisition and subdivision of industrial sites and sale of off the plan apartments;
Government departments and public listed companies in negotiating leases and licenses Australia wide;
Australia’s peak indigenous body by providing general property advice and assisting local indigenous land councils across NSW;
Shopping centre owners in negotiating and drafting leases, sub-leases and assignments of leases and associated documentation relating to the acquisition of new sites.
She also has experience in estate and succession planning, drafting Powers of Attorney, Enduring Guardians and Wills.
