Biography
Racha joined Coleman & Greig in 2000 as a scholarship
student and was admitted as a solicitor in early 2005
after completing a Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of
Laws degree. Racha has gained wide experience working
in different areas of the firm and is now gaining particular
experience in the area of commercial leasing and advice
work. She acts for:
- National franchisors in negotiating
their leases of premises Australia wide and in preparing
occupancy agreements with their franchisees,
- Other tenants entering into leases
of retail, commercial and industrial sites,
- Landlords of shopping centres,
commercial and industrial sites in drafting leases
and related documentation.
In addition to this Racha has acquired
broad experience in a variety of corporate and commercial
transactions and issues including negotiating and drafting
a variety of commercial agreements including Distribution
Agreements, Licence Agreements, Trading Terms &
Conditions, and Confidentiality Deeds.
Racha also has acquired experience in liquor licensing work including the transfer of liquor licenses and new applications and grants.
