Biography
Peter Stewart joined Coleman & Greig in 1986 and was actively involved in a management role within the firm until completing his legal studies. Peter is now a member of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial team as well as heading up the firm’s migration practice.
As a member of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial team, Peter is involved in preparing and advising on a wide range of commercial documentation, including share and business sale agreements, manufacturing, distribution and licence agreements.
As a registered migration agent, Peter provides advice to businesses on sponsoring staff for temporary and permanent residence. He oversees the preparation of applications and supporting documentation for companies and for individuals seeking to come to or remain in Australia on skilled, family or relationship grounds. Peter also has significant experience in dealing with the Migration Review Tribunal.
