Biography
Paul Lucas is the Managing Partner at Coleman &
Greig and has been practising law for over 30 years.
He joined the firm in 1984 and concentrates on the provision
of advice in the area of Commercial Law including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of business
and companies
- Company takeovers
- Structuring of businesses
- Development of business plans and
budgets
- Licensing of intellectual property
The completion of his Master of Business
Administration (MBA) qualification coupled with his
extensive experience enables Paul to provide clients
with practical legal advice based on an understanding
of the commercial strategic issues rather than simply
taking a legalistic perspective.
