Biography
Caroline was admitted to practice in 1992 and joined Coleman & Greig the same year. Now working in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team, Caroline has gained valuable experience in many areas of law.
In her present role, Caroline has expertise in advising on civil litigation matters, having acted for a large corporate client for many years, defending claims in the Dust Diseases Tribunal and also for insurers in defending public liability and dust diseases claims. She also acts for individuals claiming damages for catastrophic personal injuries. Caroline regularly appears in the Local, District and Supreme Courts and the Dust Diseases Tribunal.
Using the knowledge and experience gained from her time with the Commercial Advice team, Caroline acts for a variety of clients ranging from corporations, business proprietors to individuals in contractual and other commercial disputes. She also has an interest in working for charities, advising on fundraising activities and other legislative requirements.
