Biography
Since 1966, Clas has practised primarily in the areas
of property and commercial law. Clas heads our Property
Team and is an Accredited Specialist Property Law.
He is involved in all forms of real property transactions
including negotiating, contract drafting, leases, mortgages,
advice, developments, easements, resumptions, joint
ventures and subdivisions.
Clas has substantial experience in assisting developers,
investors and institutions in real estate transactions
involving residential, commercial and industrial properties.
He also provides general property advice to councils
and government instrumentalities.
He has developed a strong network of professional relationships
with real estate agents, town planning consultants,
valuers, surveyors and property consultants. He has
been a member of Law Society Committees dealing with
law reform in relation to property transactions.
Clas has more than 30 years’ experience in Estate
& Succession Planning, preparing Wills and Trust
Deed.
