Biography
Trevor was admitted in February 2005 and joined Coleman & Greig's Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in May 2006. Trevor has broad experience in Local and District Court Debt Recovery matters, and has frequently appeared in both courts.
In addition, Trevor has significant experience in property disputes, and in particular, Retail Leasing Disputes in the Administrative Decisions Tribunal.
Trevor now acts on a range of major litigation projects in the Supreme and Federal Courts including partnership disputes, misleading and deceptive conduct claims, intellectual property disputes, Trade Practices Act claims and other commercial disputes.
